Refund policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. However, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable product. Flowers are sensitive and respond to the immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Extremes in heat and cold, or changes in the climate will have an affect on the flowers. Once flowers are delivered from Starfish Florist changed conditions may result in their longevity being reduced. This makes it difficult for us to guarantee the flower quality every time. It is also important to note that all flowers are unique. Therefore, some flowers will open fully and others will not open at all. Just as some flowers are more fragrant than others. This does not mean that they are of a lesser quality, these are simply different variations of the same flowers.
Your flowers should last between 3-7 days. However, should your flowers perish within the 48 hours, we are happy to send you new flowers. Before replacing your order, Starfish Florist must be satisfied that all care instructions provided were abided by. Therefore, it is our policy to pick up the original flowers before replacement flowers are delivered in order for our florists to determine the cause of the problem. If the original flowers are disposed of, a new order cannot be arranged. Flowers need to be picked up by Starfish Florist within 3 days of original order.
Good/s will not be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 48hr period.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date and time. We are unable to cancel any orders already made and awaiting delivery.
